Biography
The first time I started following art was when I entered Hafez Art High School in Iran and commenced my artistic path by studying Physiognomy (portrait painting and drawing) for my diploma. During the incipient years of my artistic pursuit, I got familiar with the basis of painting and drawing and had an online exhibition. In 2018 I became the winner of the drawing section at the 16th Applied Science and Technology competition among art schools of Iran. By 2019 I decided to continue studying Painting as my bachelor major at the University of Science and Culture in Tehran.
I have always been inspired by the female artists which is why I was motivated to carry out researches about female painters of my country as my BA research project. Studying painting was a terrific opportunity to find my style in painting and drawing . As time goes by, my art has become a reflection of my thoughts, life and personality as well as a kind of self-understanding.
Now on 2023, I'm glad to be a new student of Master of Fine Arts degree (specialization in painting) at the University of Calgary.
